I crocheted Pimmetje with cotton but you can of course also use other

Face finish:
Place the eyes between the 15 and 16 rows from above with about 4 stitches in between.
It is better that the eyes are a little deeper. You do this as follows:
With a long needle and long thread, insert into the head from behind
come from the front where the eye should go. Put a stitch next to it
back again and come out next to the thread. Tighten the thread and lay
a knot in it. Do the same with the other eye. Make a small one
opening and insert the eyes. (They just stay put by the
thread)

Insert a piece of cocktail stick of approx. 8 cm in half into the body where the
legs must come. Fill the legs with a number of doubles folded
pieces of iron wire until it is well filled and insert the piece there
cocktail stick with what is still sticking out.
Sew the legs neatly to the body and then put on the dungarees because that is possible
no more later !!!

Cast off with sls. Now you sew the upper part behind it on top
bottom part of the shoe. Place the leg in it and sew it on.
Stick a piece of cocktail stick along the sole of the shoe and also through
the leg a bit about a cm or 3/4
Make a nice lace with red thread on the front of the shoe.
Now Pimmetje is ready to go into the wide world
