Amigurumi Pink Rabbit Free Pattern

Let’s say I wanted to get this pattern out by Easter and it has taken me this long to write it down. Hope you don’t mind, I know you wouldn’t. 🙂
Crochet Hook : 2.5mm
Yarn : Medium weight gray colored yarn
Note: Worked in continuous rounds without joining each time.
If there’s a semi colon in between rounds it means those rounds are sc around without an increase or decrease.
Head
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2sc in each sc around. (12)
Round 3: [sc in the sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (18)
Round 4: [sc in the next 2sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (24)
Round 5: [sc in the next 3sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (30)
Round 6: [sc in the next 4sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (36)

Rabbit’s body:
We’re working from the bottom upwards to its neck where it can be joined to the head. Starting with a white coloured yarn,
Round 1: 8 sc in a magic circle. (8)
Round 2: 2sc in each. (16)
Round 3: [sc in the sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 8 times. (24)
Round 4: [sc in the 2sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 8 times. (32)
Round 5: [sc in the 3sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 8 times. (40)
Round 6: sc around. (40)

Join in with the pink coloured yarn,
Round 10: sc around. (40)
Round 11: [sc in the next 3sc, dec in the next] * 8 times. (32)

Join in with the gray coloured yarn,

Finish and leave a long tail to sew the body to the head
Rabbit’s eyes:
I’m not sure if I did full justice to her eyes, I wanted some naive looking ones and my husband says it makes her look like an owl.
Using black coloured yarn,
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2 sl st in each sc around. (12)
Adding the white coloured yarn,
Make 8 sc in a semi circle.
Rabbit’s ears:
Using pink coloured yarn, the ears are worked in single crochet through and I hope it makes sense to just put down the number of stitches in each row if it is 1sc in each sc

Row 4: 2sc(inc),1sc in each sc(4), 2sc(inc). (8)

Using gray coloured yarn single crochet around the ears. I have a feeeling it would look better with a furry yarn.
Rabbit’s legs:
Using gray colored yarn and working in rounds,
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2sc in each sc around. (12)
Round 3: [sc in the sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (18)
Round 4: [sc in the next 2sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (24)
Round 5: sc around. (24)
Round 6: sc around. (24)
Round 7: [sc in the next 2sc, dec in the next sc] * 6 times. (18)
Round 8: sc around. (18)

Rabbit’s arms:
Using gray colored yarn and working in rounds,
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2sc in each sc around. (12)
Round 3: [sc in the sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (18)
Round 4: sc around. (18)
Round 5: sc around. (18)
Round 6: sc around. (18)

Finish, stuff and sew all the parts to its body.
Rabbit’s skirt:
Using pink colored yarn, join in at the region where the top of the dress meets the undergarments of the bunny.
Round 1: sl st around. (40)
Round 2: [sc in the next 4 sl st, 2sc in the next sl st]* 8 times (48).
Round 3: [sc in the next 5sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (56).
Round 4: [sc in the next 6sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (64).
Round 5: [sc in the next 7sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (72).
Round 6: [sc in the next 8sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (80).
Now for the scalloped trim at the end,
[sc, chain 2, skip 1] repeat around the skirt.
For the collar I have joined in the pink colored yarn in a similar manner at the neck, and worked in rounds till it looked like one.
