Assembly
Turn body inside out. Line up point of Mouth with point of head, pin into place.
With SAGE, working through the back loop of the lip and the back loop of the mouth, (outside loops when pressed together), sc 22 sts from the corner to corner of the mouth. Bind off, leaving very long tail for sewing.Turn body right side out. Stuff body and space in upper lip between mouth and lip.
Fold loose half of Mouth into remaining gap in body. Working through back of chains on the bottom lip and both loops of the mouth, sew mouth to lower lip.

Front Legs

With THY, ch 2.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in second ch from hook. (6)
Rnd 2: Inc in each st around. (12)
Rnd 3: [Cluster (see Pattern Stitches), sc] 3 times, 6 sc. (12)
Rnd 4-7: SC evenly around. (12)
Bind of leaving long tail for sewing.
Stuff foot.
Pinch top closed and pin to body in line with the last 6 sts of side of mouth. Working through both layers of pinched stitches, sew foot to body at Round 17. Using the same tail, sew three sts on Round 3 of the foot to Round 21 of body. This holds food in support position.
Repeat with second foot on other side of mouth.
Back Legs

Bind off, leaving long tail for sewing. Attach to body with toes facing forward between Rounds 13 and 19 on the body, in a circle around the side of the leg. Leave 7 stitches between Front and Back Legs and 7 stitches between Back Legs on the back of body.

Eyeballs
(Make 2)
With WHT, Ch 2.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in second ch from hook. (6)
Rnd 2: Inc in each st around. (12)
Rnd 3: Sc evenly around.
Insert safety eyes in center hole. Attach washer.
Rnd 4: 6 dec. (6)
Do not stuff.
Bind off, pull yarn through remaining sts to close. Weave in ends.
Eye Lids
(Make 2)
With THY, ch 2.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in second ch from hook. (6)
Rnd 2: Inc in each st around. (12)
Rnd 3-4: Sc evenly around.
Rnd 5: Ch 5, 7 sc.
Bind off, leaving long tail for sewing.
Insert Eyeball into Eyelid. Position safety eye to show in ch-5 space, pupil HORIZONTAL, not vertical.
Sew eyelid to body between Rounds 3 and 6, on either side of the center point of the body.
Do not sew through eyeball.
Nostrils
With BLK, sew two lines, one stitch long, three stitches apart and 3 rounds from the edge of the Upper Lip.
